These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available via M99au at m99au-au.com (the "Site"). General Rules for Placing Bets
- Bets may only be placed by a registered Player using:
- funds available in the real-money balance; and/or
- bonus funds or free bets where the relevant promotion permits.
- Each Game or sports market will display applicable minimum and maximum stakes. We may set individual Account limits or apply lower limits to certain Players or bet types at our discretion.
- A bet is deemed accepted when:
- it appears in your bet history as "placed" or "accepted"; and

Errors, Malfunctions, and Suspected Abuse

- settle the bet at the correct odds or Game configuration.

- collude with other Players or engage in chip dumping, arbitrage based on delayed data feeds, or any form of advantage play that exploits bugs or errors; or
- tamper with, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site, APIs, or software.
- If we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, automated betting, or other prohibited conduct, we may:
- void affected bets;
- confiscate associated winnings and bonuses;
- freeze or close your Account; and/or
- report the matter to banks, payment providers, and relevant authorities.
Live Casino, Sports, and Chat Conduct
- When using live casino, sports, and chat features, you must behave respectfully and must not:
- threaten, harass, or abuse dealers, staff, or other Players;
- use racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory language;
- promote violence, illegal activity, or hate; or
- advertise other websites, services, or products.
- We may mute, restrict, or permanently block your chat access and/or suspend your Account if you breach these rules.

Bonus Terms
Activation and Eligibility
- Bonus offers are discretionary and may be offered to specific Players or segments. Not all Users will receive the same promotions.

- colluding with other Players to exploit promotional terms.
- We may withhold, cancel, or reclaim any Bonus and associated winnings if we reasonably believe that:
- you have breached the promotion-specific terms or these Terms;
- you have engaged in bonus abuse, fraud, or collusion; or
- the Bonus has been issued or used in error.
- Bonuses and promotions cannot generally be combined or overlapped, unless explicitly permitted in the relevant promotion. Where multiple promotions appear to apply, we may determine which promotion to apply or that only one promotion can be used.
